Walmart Supercenter is a generally well-maintained store with reasonable prices, especially appreciated during times of inflation. It offers a wide range of services, including an optometrist and a pharmacy. Many customers find the employees to be very helpful, nice, and extremely nice. The store provides options for ordering fresh groceries online with same-day delivery for members, free pickup, and an app for convenience, with associates hand-picking items. However, the store is often very packed, making it hard to get around. A common complaint is that shopping carts are scattered all over the parking lot. While the pharmacy is noted for cheaper medication prices, there have been significant frustrations with its service, including unanswered phone calls and confusion over policies for holding prescriptions, leading some customers to move their business elsewhere. Despite these issues, many shoppers have good experiences and are able to find everything they came to buy.
