“Miele vacuum cleaner didn’t suck so drove 50 minutes to fix the problem and it turned out dryer sheet stuck in the hose. He removed the dryer sheet and his service was free of charge! He also has made in the USA and Germany brands.
Very satisfied his service! Highly recommend his store!!!!!??”
“At first there were no associates in the rug and flooring dept. and no way to find one, which is why I give this a 4 star. But after asking, an employee named Laura and another very helpful lady not only helped but went beyond understanding my need for a specific carpet for a specific purpose and directed me to another area that had large cut pieces, that strangely I had been told before the store no longer carried. Laura and her co worker gave me exceptional help and I am grateful. These women have a 5 star. Hope they get a bump in pay for doing really good work.”
“Timmy was super professional and helped me pick up my ROG Ally in perfect condition! The dude who set up the warranty repair for me was awesome too!! I can’t remember his name but it was Josh of Jacob or something my bad bro. But everyone there was so nice and my console got fixed way faster than I had expected! Thanks guys!! ???”
“I made an appointment with geek squad. They were timely and polite. Actually Tony Martinez was very apologetic for not starting our session on time which was only two minutes passed. He was very helpful and patient as I am a “boomer”. We were unable to fix my laptop however he was able to provide a reasonable solution.”
“I had my doors measured three different times with no response until I came a forth time and told a young black make working in the door area. He got it right and now in waiting for Lowe’s to come do the work”
