“I had a serger that was not working right and I found capital sewing & quilt online. I have had a number of very bad experiences getting my machines fixed and they had good reviews. My mom took it in for me since I’m about an hour and a half away and the lady there I believe her name was Jennifer said she had magic hands and she would take a look at it before she serviced it. And she managed to fixed it! She also gave me some advice for a better serger to upgrade to. They didn’t charge me a dime for her quick fix and they were super knowledgeable. I will be getting my future machines repaired here (besides my Bernina). Truly an excellent experience even from just being on speaker phone. It’s hard to find places that aren’t just trying to make a quick buck off of you and they certainly aren’t and I really appreciate that. This is how you get repeat customers and customers for life!”

While I do appreciate the help if I ever needed it. I find it very annoying to have someone scanning my products for me, telling me what the payment machine is going to say next. I almost feel incapable while being capable. I have been doing this for many years without a problem. It really is making me not want to physically shop there anymore.”
