BJ's Tire Center provides quick and awesome service, even when busy, handling issues like a flat tire or a new valve stem right away. The store is organized and clean, and customers can find everything needed. However, some visitors note the absence of hand sanitizer or wipes. Experiences with the fresh seafood and meat sections have been negative, with reports of very smelly flounder and God awful, bloated packs of meat that caused embarrassment. While some service is kind and careful, the store can have limited cashiers. Some customers state they will return but skip certain sections, while others will never try buying meat there again.
Marvin and Jeremy are A+ workers, in quality and attitude. I can’t believe the ratings are so poor with the quality of service I was given. Even in a case of my car being a rare JDM import, it was worked on with knowledge and confidence. Will definitely return here!! Thanks to the team

Would recommend this place!! Had a long shift at the hospital and had a nail in my tire on a friday afternoon at 5 PM before my 1 hour commute home. Marvin greeted me with kindness and compassion. He patched up my tire quickly. Great customer service. Thank you again Marvin! You're a lifesaver!
