“I bought tires in a different town and had to travel to Garner. Did not loose any air pressure in town driving just on the interstate. Took my truck to Mr. Tire about an hour before they closed. The gentleman working there was awesome. Took care of me in no time and I was on my way. Awesome customer service and really helped me in a pinch. Definitely will be back.”

“Want to take a moment and give a huge shout out to a mechanic named AJ. I got some work done at firestone a few days ago, and my car seemed to be driving differently. Firestone was great and said to bring it by. Spoke to them, and me not knowing really anything about cars left me in a terrible feeling. I felt like i was playing charades. With minimal explanations from me and a few sounds and gestures, they looked at my car and came back about 10 minutes later. AJ spoke to me and said, "Take it for a drive." He said he knew exactly what i meant, which to me was amazing! It's what always makes me grateful for a great mechanic! I have an older car. It's not great, but it's paid for, and we can't afford another one. So i was nervous! But AJ was awesome as well as everyone there, but i wanted to give a shout out to AJ. His big smile reassured my nerves. They work hard there, and I'm pretty sure they dont get the praise when they deserve it.
