The drive thru window is never open and the staff is never on time. It’s 9:02 am and there is a line. It doesn’t matter if you go inside or through the drive thru. They are never punctual and always rude like we’re inconveniencing them!

Ok so i visited this store to get some things for my mom and the same young man (who states that he is the acting Mgr for the night) clearly needs customer service and cashier training to ring up otc benefit customers. This is the 6th time I have gone to this store and no one knows how to use otc benefits. Ok CVS, what is going on here?? You are confirmed merchants for the otc benefits, yet your people don't know how to ring customers up or talk to them. This same young man should not be in mgmt without the proper training on.otc benefits. I went to another store prior and after with no trouble. I called corporate office the next day and they couldn't even get me to the Mgr because the previous rep locked the line up. The apple is not falling too far from the tree. Who has training and can help here???? Corporate tried to give me thr number to my benefits...umm it's not their fault smh . Come on CVS!!

Phone system doesn't work so you have to talk to someone. I tried to explain this to the lady I spoke to. She told me to call corporate because it's not their problem! When the phone is answered, all I get is an attitude! The man I spoke to the day before all but called me a lier because he didn't see the voicemail I left 3 hours earlier. I understand the store is busy and good help is hard to find but if you don't have any customers, you don't have a job!

What has happened. This entire place has gone downhill, the pharmacist literally laughed at me on the phone after interrupting me multiple time during the conversation. I’ve always gone to this pharmacy, proudly, but I will definitely be looking to switch just to avoid the rude staff here.

It was my first time visiting this CVS Pharmacy. The customer service was very good. My favorite part about my experience was that the cashier addressed me by my name, that made me feel special. I didn’t feel like just another customer, but I felt like a valued customer. I was visiting from Florida, and if I need my medication transferred to this pharmacy again, I certainly would not need to think twice.

I don’t like leaving negative reviews but for the past 7 years I almost always have issues with Pharmacy (not reviewing retail side or Minute Clinic) when going to 790 Timber Drive.
There’s a Pharmacist that smiles when she is being argumentative & condescending. When she is stating something incorrectly and you ask clarifying question or redirect or correct , she wastes time blaming the wrong drug name, dosage, frequency, etc. on me or the doctors. They NEVER call the doctors back. I’m always calling the doctors then trying to communicate to CVS.
Using the app doesn’t help. I still can’t get action at the pharmacy when I use app. If I show her the issue as it’s in the app (after she was caught in lie) she had the audacity to say, ‘oh, I see what you did.’ As if I entered wrong rx status on the app!
I imagine ant above 2 stars for the 790 Timber drive location would most likely be the retail or minute clinic.
I’ve never heard of a positive experience at the pharmacy from family and friends. I’ve heard horror stories from spouses dying of cancer unable to get refills and heard Hospice nurses complain.
I actually was going to give 2 stars because when rx can be mailed, it’s great. But when I saw all the 5 star reviews about what has to be minute clinic or what must be retail, I think buyers need to be aware that the pharmacist is really nasty to customers. Before you choose this location for Pharmacy Services x READ THE OTHER RATINGS. Many have similar complaints about Pharmacist.
I worked for CVS affiliated company that was so focused on customer service and care coordination that it’s hard to believe someone working for the parent company would still have a customer facing job after so many complaints. I worked 60-70 hours a week and never insulted clinicians or clients.
Pharmacists deserve their lunch break and to work only 40 hours a week but no matter how busy, don’t be dismissive of people that are sick and in pain.
AGAIN Just saying the Pharmacy is awful but retail is ok and positive experiences with MinuteClinic.
It has to be known that the Pharmacist shouldn’t be customer facing. Smiling while insulting or lying, and saying have a nice day after being so ugly doesn’t excuse the bad behavior. At least see if she could work after hours to catch up pharmacy or nights at a 24 hour location so it’s not too busy for her.
