Just bad customer service. They miss things and make it up reasons for their errors. It's a shame insurance does not allow you to choose your pharmacy. CVS would not be it. Consistently poor service at the pharmacy. If you have a choice, save yourself the headache. They genuinely dislike their jobs and it shows.

The drive thru window is never open and the staff is never on time. It’s 9:02 am and there is a line. It doesn’t matter if you go inside or through the drive thru. They are never punctual and always rude like we’re inconveniencing them!
