This is one of the worst pharmacies I have ever seen. I don't even understand how they are allowed to operate the way that they do. I have been trying not to write a bad review, but enough is enough. They constantly have signs in the window saying that they're understaffed so you have to go inside, especially when it's raining, cold, or any bad weather, and then when you get inside there are multiple people working and sometimes no one at the counter, so why force people to come inside when you have a window that is supposed to be there for convenience. Also, this is the 3rd time, on different days, that I have called, held on the line to speak to a pharmacy rep, finally got a live person on the line only to have them say "CVS Pharmacy" and then the phone hangs up. It's no way that the calls are just dropping and I am sure they are intentionally hanging up because they don't want to be bothered, which seems to be the case anytime you go there. Not to mention them always blaming the system being down or having no power when your prescription is not filled on time and putting things on a 2 day hold because they say it's on back order (and this has been for multiple medicines, not just one). If they cannot find people who want to work and cannot keep medications stocked, they should just close the location. I am really thinking about reporting them because the service is absolutely ridiculous.

Melanie Arocho-Hernandez was my nurse practitioner at the Minute Clinic and she is such a lovely person. Not only was she helpful with treating my symptoms but you can tell she is a genuinely kind person. Had such a nice interaction with her that I wanted to leave a review and say thank you!

I'd give them 0 stars if I could. They never have my reoccurring prescriptions ready, 3 months in a row they claimed it's because the power went out. No one EVER answers the phone I've waited for 45 min before and no one ever answered. The people are BEYOND rude and unhelpful every single time. If my prescription could go anywhere else so would I.

This is my first time posting, but not my first terrible experience with this CVS pharmacy. Today was my breaking point. I came to the pharmacy to pick up my prescription they had filled it with off brand when my Dr writes it specifically for name brand. The lady at the window told me they would fill it correctly but it would take 20 mins.I returned later to a different lady at the window who told me they didn't have brand name and got an attitude with me when I questioned why the first girl told me to come back in 20 mins. She then pulled the pharmacist over to talk to me. When I asked her the same question "why did the other girl tell me to come back in 20 mins" She got an attitude with me also.VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! and I completely understand why this CVS has a 1.9 on reviews.NEEDLESS TO SAY ME AND MY FAMILY WILL NOT JUST BE MOVING OUR PRESCRIPTIONS TO ANOTHER PHARMACY BUT WE WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO CVS AT ALL.

One hour on hold. Ordered medications days ago and still not ready. This is not the first time I’ve completely run out of medication and CVS is literally zero help. Customer service is consistently rude. Save yourself the stress and go somewhere else!

I waited 5 hours for my antibiotic prescription and it still isn’t filled. I need to start these meds ASAP but unfortunately I can’t. I tried calling 2x and waited 30 minutes each time. I finally called corporate who was very helpful, but the best they could do was get the pharmacy to agree to have it done in another 2 hours. Very frustrating. I won’t have doctors send prescriptions to CVS anymore.

This is the worst pharmacy I've ever encountered.My doctor sent a prescription there, and they didn't fill it because they didn't have the medication. They didn't bother to tell me any of this. I had to call them and ask them where my prescription was. When they told me they didn't have the medication, I asked him if one of their other stores had it.The person I spoke to seemed irritated at having to assist me, but he looked it up and told me the CVS at Target had it. I asked if he could transfer it there. He said no and told me I had to call the CVS at Target.I called the CVS at Target, and she said that the CVS on timber drive first had to release the prescription in their system and that they could transfer it. I called timber drive CVS back, told him what she said, and asked him to transfer it. He said again that he can't transfer prescriptions but that he would release it.I called the CVS at Target back. She said that the CVS at timber drive always says that because they don't like doing the work. She helped me and got my prescription transferred, and I was able to pick up the medication, which I needed that day.Their auto refill service is horrible. For my last two refills I had to call and use their automated system. It tells me that my auto refill is due three days ago, but what I like to fill it early. Pretty stupid.This CVS is closed during the day, apparently for the staff to take lunch. I understand needing to do that, but you would think they would have enough staff to cover so that people could take lunch without closing. It's a pharmacy, and people need their medications.

Kristy (Christy?) the pharmacist was rude to me today when I went to get a COVID shot. I let her know how the way she spoke to me made me feel, and instead of apologizing, she explained that she was very busy. I suggested it was possible to be both busy and polite at the same time, and she said “have a wonderful day”.I spoke to another employee, sharing the feedback that I’d been made to feel unwelcome. The cashier explained “Kristy worked a full shift yesterday”. Maybe Kristy would do better with fewer hours?

Not sure why such a large corporate pharmacy is always a crapshow. Consist of turnover always understaffed, time to fill medicines is incredulous and they close the drive-through because they can’t staff it why put it in if you’re not willing to pay people to work there. you can tell when you arrive in the parking lot, how bad the landscape always looks that the management just doesn’t care. Do yourself a favor , take your prescriptions anywhere else

Pharmacy staff eating while working. Did not get off their chair for RX question. Answered with their mouth full and didn't go to the consultation window. The consultation did not give adequate answers.
