The prices are expensive here. They markup items 2-3X the normal price. Save ya money and stay home. Dirty store but does have a free parking lot.

Use to love this location. Sad to see this Goodwill will take anything. Broken exercise equipment and very poor quality items. Broken vases and tea pots etc. it use to be better quality items here but not anymore.

Shopping here is a real chore. Men's clothing is jammed in so tightly that you can't really examine anything without practically ripping it out, looking all over for size tags, then jam it back in, potentially damaging the items. There is room for more racks, but I don't think they care. It's been like this for years and is getting worse, probably because no one wants to go through the hassle of sorting through them to buy stuff. I know they arrange shirts by color. But, arranging jackets by size is too much for them. I only come here about once a year because I hate sorting through the stuff. If they would add another 50 feet of rack space, I'd volunteer to go through and tag them with sizes, then they might be able to sell some.

This is used to be a nice goodwill. Not so much anymore. Their prices have gotten ridiculous. They are charging more for used dollar tree stuff than it is new at the dollar tree. Not only have they raised prices store wide, they have stopped giving bags as well. Then they have the nerve to ask you if you want to make a donation to the food bank. Are you kidding me? You are charging over $5 for a used dress that you got for free, name brands are more and you want me to give more money. Greedy, greedy

This location is extremely uninviting and unprofessional. I visited this location on a Saturday afternoon and after browsing, attempted to purchase an item. I patiently waited at the front to be assisted and after nearly 10 mins, finally seen an employee. She was stocking items on the shelf. I kindly asked her if she could check me out so that I could return back to work as I was on my lunch break. She rudely told me and another customer that she’d be up there when she got done and that we needed to wait. After explaining to her that stocking should be a second priority after servicing a customer she contemptuously told me that if I wanted faster service that I should apply to work there. The employee attempted to continue to argue with me but I asked for a manager to ring me up instead. I was floored to say the least as I am a very soft spoken and un combative person. I am in the process of filing a formal complaint with corporate because she should not be the face of a company that stands for the values of what Goodwill stands for. As someone who has always supported goodwill by donating and purchasing this interaction left me appalled.

Staff works hard and is friendly. The problem I have is for some of the people that come into the store that just let their kids run around and destroy the place and leave toys all over the place and then you got other customers who just because they decide they don't want something they're just going to leave it right where they want to and not put it back where it goes. As far as all the clothes being mixed up that's not a problem with the staff that is a problem with people just going through the stuff and just throwing it wherever they want to whenever they get done looking at it and then they just throw it to wherever they want to. Then the other problem is where people don't seem to realize what the business hours are and they think they can just leave donations whenever they want to. As far as pricing goes it's a thrift shop. Name brand high dollar quality at a heavily discounted price. As far as the furniture goes it's the same as the clothes discounted at a good quality price. There are plenty of outlets around the store that you can test the electronics before you buy them. Everything is tested before it goes out on the floor. Every once in a while there is something that does get put out that may not work but all that needs to be done is to let someone know and they will take Care of it. But the biggest problem is how people just think because closed still accepting donations that is not true they only accept donations during business hours. As customers of Goodwill we should do our part in making this location thrive. Then you really think by bringing in a bunch of stuff that is covered in dust mildew and been sitting in a barn or shed forever. Just do yourself a favor and just take it to the dump. do you really think the employees really enjoyed going through that stuff because you're too lazy ?

This store has changed a lot! Prices are outrageous on some things. I don't know who they have in the back making the decisions, but it often feels like there are no basic guidelines for pricing items. It seems personal or sentimental value is being added to the prices. Let me remind you that every single item for sale in the building was given to Goodwill. Why should a hardback book cost more than a paperback?! They have too many to even put all of them on the shelves! So what someone donated a pair of Nike's. It's a pair of shoes and all shoes should cost the same. And the bins. The ones that used to be mens, womens, boys, and girls are just tangled and mixed up all together! The small section of men's hanging denim pants are 2/3 women's pants all mixed in. Just because the whole world is confused about gender doesn't mean that Goodwill should stop separating items in order to make it easier for customers to find what they are looking for. And please stop piling things so high!! It's just ridiculous how the same stuff is there week after week, and no one weeds out any of the holey and stained clothing! Do better for your community who shop there because times are hard and you're taking advantage of people!!

Buyers beware! Don't throw your money away on electronics here even if they assure you that you can return it. Returns require approval from corporate meaning at a later date after giving them your contact information, so not on the day of return.

Love this thrift store and the staff! They are amazing and so fun to converse with. Although you don't find super high end brands a lot, they still have great stuff and great deals.

Popped in for some items for a charity event. Was absolutely shocked at the outrageous prices. Some items are NOT "gently used" and are still priced at new prices. You can literally shop sales at stores like Kohls, Amazon, Chewy and Target and spend less on the exact same items.Only 3 people on the floor - one didn't speak English but was the only one actually working.Items just tossed on shelves, so place was a mess.We do not donate to Goodwill anymore. Based on released numbers, CEOs for the company are getting paid far too much; shoppers are getting taken advantage of and don't even seem to realize it, and donars are treated like garbage. Very sad.

Why is it that a company who gets all their merchandise for free doesn’t buy bags , or never have enough staff
