We decided to have our kitchen countertops and backsplash replaced by Hands on Granite back in early 2024 but weren't able to move forward with the project at that time. When we eventually reached out again in early 2025, Tomas and Nadia were still happy to work with us and answer every question even if we already went through them before. Communication was always prompt and clear and even though the project had to be done on three separate days, everything went incredibly smooth!

Better yet, they were able to give us a fantastic deal on the stone and labor (they gave us a veterans' discount even though they were the best price compared to other quotes I got before the discount was even applied), and allowed us to make use of their business discount for the tile which was much better than we were expecting!

“Really good. You can't park on the street if you're a big truck. And they have just enough room in their driveway for one truck they will come bang on your door at 6 in the morning to move to get their trucks and side the gate. But once they put you in they get you unloaded quick. Very polite and very professional”

“Cary Granite installed quartz countertop in our kitchen last December and they did a superb job. We selected them seeing their Google reviews and are very glad to have done so. They were first in our list of installers. They invited us to visit their showroom. We liked some of the quartz slabs they had in stock. There was absolutely no pressure but always honest responses to our queries. Kate Murphy was wonderful and she responded to our emails promptly. We did get quotes from two other installers: one came lower and the other higher than Cary Granite's. But what made us select Cary Granite was their trust in us. We asked them about payment and was told to write a check and give it to their installers after they have completed the job. But the other two installers wanted us to pay 50% of the cost before the slab is cut and the other 50% before the installers enter your house! This showed that they had no trust in us and found it unacceptable. So, we signed up with Cary Granite. They were very helpful, professional, and accommodating from start to finish. Owen did a great job with templating, and both he and Kate sent us pictures before the slab was cut and sought our input. We wanted a "zero-reveal" sink installation. They told us that though they mostly do a "slight negative reveal" installation, they will do a "zero-reveal" installation for us. The seam is where they told us it should be and you can hardly see it. Luis and his team of installers did a great job and the countertop looks like a piece of art. We are so glad to have gone with Cary Granite, and if we have to do another installation, we won't contact any other installer but sign up with Cary Granite right away.”

But the reason I’m writing this is our driver has always been the model employee. Never complains, works hard, and always polite. We have to hand unload some of our items from time to time, Brian always is happy to help. We have had drivers come over and watch us unload our items before from other companies. Brian is one of those employees where money should never be the reason for him to look elsewhere. “We had a great experience with Barbour-Pourron Plumbing! We had an emergency issue after hours and they were the plumbers listed by our contractor when our home was built 5yrs ago….so that’s who I called. We spoke with someone right away after hours! He let me know he couldn’t be there for another hour but kept in contact until he arrived and gave me some pointers/things to do before he arrived to prevent the leak from getting any worse. He was at our home for about an 1.5 hrs and was able to fix the issue! Had to cut through some dry wall but kept everything relatively clean. He let me know the “emergency price” before he came which was absolutely reasonable and when he was done the price was the same! Thank you for helping us!”
