I used to love shopping at this store, but the vibe of this store has become negative and not a fun experience for artistic creative minds to buy their supplies.
The female manager (older lady with glasses) has been rude and unprofessional both times I have come in and she was there.
Both to customers and to her employees.
Will start ordering online at Michaels and shipping to my house or just buying from competitors like amazon.
It is sad to see a once good store, start deteriorating in service and appearance due to poor management decisions.

They always have what I need at a cheaper price than any one else!And they have bigger sizes for the stretched canvases I purchase! Ty!

Love Michael's. The people that work there though, I think.. and this is just my opinion, the store has more personality than they ever could. Besides the lady that helped me with ideas on a recipe box/index card box. She was lovely! The girl that I asked if I could use a coupon to save 2$ on two items however, was rude as all get out, like I was asking for free items like it came from her paycheck ?
