“Service is good if you’re able to find it (around back of a church) and make it when they’re open (9-12 and 1-4 M-F). It is on a bus line (Route 16).
No post offices inside the beltline seem to be open on saturdays or have self-service kiosks, either of those would help those of us who live and work here tremendously!”
“The customer service at this Post Office is Top Tier! Marquita, Allison, Steve, and Tiffany are all fantastic to work with, easy going/always friendly, knowledgeable about different services and products, and make mailing my items every week such a pleasant experience. “There only one older lady who’d been working there by herself for 3 days so far and yet was still super sweet! I think people are way too hard and impatient on the few people who work there.
It's not an easy job. When I tried applying there to help out USPS wasn't hiring.”

“Sonny is a gem and always helpful in finding the best method to get a package to its location. A wealth of knowledge on the neighborhood and efficient at his job! Yes, they close at lunch, but postal workers need to eat too. Just plan accordingly and drop by before noon or after 1 p.m.”

“This morning, when I was determining which USPS office I wanted to go, to I looked up the various ratings of those on ky way to work, I was already having a challenging day and did not want to deal with the attitude I sometimes encounter folks behind the counter. This post office had the highest rating so I selected it, and I was pleased. In fact I left in a better mood than I arrived in. The woman behind the counter was friendly, courteous, and helpful. I appreciate that.”
“My five star review is simply because of Pri, who was absolutely amazing. Treating everyone with respect, getting through the long line with speed & accuracy, while still keeping track of who was in line first and who needs help. I came in first at around 10am to send my visa application and she helped me and explained the entire process, then came again at around 1pm and she was still there with the same smile on her face! Such a sweet lady & made my otherwise potentially intimidating visit a smooth & easy experience.”

“I absolutely luv this place. It’s never a long wait the customer service is so welcoming and friendly. Steve is an amazing worker his personality is super energetic, happy always willing to help and make sure you have everything needed before you leave. He is very quick and efficient I have watch him decrease the wait time and quickly help tons of people in the line which keeps everyone happy because we don’t have to stand in line for long. You can tell this is not just a job for him he truly enjoy customers and making sure he can help. His customer service skills are A1 and this is every time I come. I found my new post office.”
