She deserves recognition for how she singlehandedly changed the narrative for me on how USPS employees treat customers, and how customers should treat employees. Thank you”

“When I first started coming I didn't really know much about the process but the ladies at this facility are kind and definitely like to help out. Rennie is always helpful and kind whenever I get there, I hope to see her every time I have to drop off a package.”
“Tiny parking lot for a tiny, old building. Many people in line when I got there but it moved quickly.
They might want to train Joseph to double check his work though. One woman left frustrated because he was unhelpful and had a long line. The next person asked if he needed to sign for a package. Joseph went to check and came back saying there was no package. Rosalind came up behind him and checked the spot where Joseph was just looking and found the package instantly. I'm afraid my package might have gotten lost if I ended up in Joseph's line.
Thankful Rosalind was relatively friendly and very efficient.”

“Have only had good experiences here. Last time there was an issue with holding mail for the company I work for-and it was all hands on deck with the front desk, managers, everyone working to fix the issue. Super friendly and very supportive!”
“Sad my package couldn't be left at my door but they gave me a call and let me know it wouldn't be able to!
I told them I'd come pick it up that day but then Verizon went down and I couldn't tell them plans changed. Called the next day and the woman assisting me went and checked that it was still there!! (Yay!)
They were not rude, just very blunt about they can and cannot do. If anything, that helped everything go by smoother.
