“Location is behind a church but parking was easy and plentiful. Business opened on time which was great. The employee was pleasant and swift. In and out in minutes!”

“For all of the ungrateful customers who don't deliver mail I really would like to see you do it for a month that is 30 days sometimes 31 and then come back a post a review. Until then keep it to yourself.”

“I've consistently had a stellar experience with the United States Postal Service in Raleigh. Whether it's mailing out packages, receiving shipments, or simply buying stamps, their efficiency and professionalism never cease to amaze me. The staff is always approachable, knowledgeable, and willing to assist with any queries or concerns. The location is also very convenient ( near to Harris Teeter ).Kudos to the entire team for their dedication and hard work!”

“I wanted to give a 5 star review because I have always received such friendly service and they have always corrected me gently with grace accommodating any need I have. I've never had a problem with sending out a package with this USPS.”

“It's not "old." It's "classic." This is what city center post offices look like and it definitely gets the job done. No, they don't have one of those automated weighing vending machines, which would be awesome. And they definitely open at 9am because I was here at 8:45 and had to come back later, which I did. The clerk who accepted my package (over 13 ounces or I would have dropped it in a box) was friendly and smiled. What more do you need? [Review 11666 overall, 1448 of 2019.]”

“It is open. Counter 9-5 M-F. Very helpful staff. Last visit I mistakenly filled a label for next day, $60, clerk insisted I do another for $15 2-3 days. Yes understaffed, for all the hate for Trump, he appointed Louis De Loy who thankfully kept his job, things are turning around. As in parcels delivered on Sunday. As for others who compared it a Food Lion checkout, yeah sometimes. Welcome to NC.”

“This is one of the better post offices out there. Sonny, the person normally at the counter, goes out of his way to make sure everyone ships their items correctly and in the most efficient and effective manner. All these folks posting negative reviews seem mad at the USPS in general and are just taking it out on this individual post office.”

“I've been to this post office several times and have had nothing but good interactions with the staff here. They are kind and friendly. The negative reviews by others might be due to the customer coming in with a bad attitude to start with.”

“I didn’t get her name but I wish I did, whoever is working 9/12/23 at 2:00pm is an actual angel! So thankful and so grateful to have been helped by her, she truly helped my family and I so much today. Tears of joy god bless her”

“Literally the best post office experience ever. I was so nervous about the other reviews, but it seems like this place has taken those comments to heart and now goes above and beyond! There was even an additional employee in the waiting area helping people get their things prepared.”

“Super friendly service. Sure, there are long lines at certain times of the day, mostly the result of customers showing up who don't have their act together.”

“Best post office experience I have ever had- I went on one of the busiest days of the year and the process went so smoothly. All their packaging supplies were accessible and stocked. Clerks were super kind and helpful. Not sure why this location has negative reviews, it was a really positive experience for me.”

“This little USPS spot located inside the Eagles gas station convenience store is literally just for dropoffs (pre-package, shipping label printed already, etc.) Diana (employee working on 12.15.2022) was so sweet in explaining that they do not have a printer, and I'd have to print the label myself. She truly wanted to help me solve the problem and told me the main USPS 5 minute drive could do it....well.... I had run over there while my car was being serviced at the dealership down the street. Diana kept my package safe as I ran the mile back down Glenwood Ave, got the label printed, returned, and she helped me tape it on securely, ensuring it will make the outgoing mail pile. THANK YOU to all USPS STAFF, THIS IS A CRAZY TIME OF YEAR!! Especially Diana!! You rock girl!!! :)”

“I called on two separate days, speaking with both Renee and Glenda, and both were absolutely lovely! So helpful and patient, doing their best to help me track a missing package.”
