“Apparently They close for lunch 12-1? AND they don't have a self service postage/weigh kiosk in the lobby. BUT they DO HAVE a basketball goal out in their parking lot?”
“The best post office in the Triangle! The staff are all so helpful and patient. When I mailed my wedding invitations, they made sure everything was good to go and took the time to walk me through the hand-canceling process. They also double-checked whether my invites would be machinable (turns out they weren’t!), explained why, and helped me figure out the best solution. Overall, it was a wonderful experience!”
“This is the most seamless post office experience ever, I stop by 2-3 times a week to send packages and it takes 5 minutes max. Purpose is the most helpful employee, appreciate her so much!”

“The mailing system is complicated. All services provided by the government are. This is not a fault of the employees who have to deal with it, nor the customers. I don’t believe this should take away from the wonderful customer service I received today (8/20/16, 11am) by the knowledgeable and kind lady up front. She deserves recognition for how she singlehandedly changed the narrative for me on how USPS employees treat customers, and how customers should treat employees. Thank you”

“You cant expect great service from a government office. When I walked in I felt ignored and I assumed it was going to be as usual. When I got to the counter, the lady was personable, patient and helpful as I figured out the labels and shipment options. Surprising shocked and kudos to her for the positive experience.”
“Tiny parking lot for a tiny, old building. Many people in line when I got there but it moved quickly.
They might want to train Joseph to double check his work though. One woman left frustrated because he was unhelpful and had a long line. The next person asked if he needed to sign for a package. Joseph went to check and came back saying there was no package. Rosalind came up behind him and checked the spot where Joseph was just looking and found the package instantly. I'm afraid my package might have gotten lost if I ended up in Joseph's line.
Thankful Rosalind was relatively friendly and very efficient.”
