Tammie at the benefit brow bar is absolutely outstanding, she is a brow wax/tint master. She took her time to explain each step, she mapped out my face to make sure they were the perfect fit for me & gave me the most amazing brows! The color & shape are perfect, I can happily say I’ve found my brow person. Thank you so much!

I went into Ulta to find some eye brightened and a young lady Abigail was more than happy to help me. She applied it and showed me some other new products that just came and that I might be interested in. She was such a pleasure and so attentive and knowledgeable. I’ve been going there since it opened and have never had such amazing customer service. She was also so patient with my 80 year old mother! I will be back to see her! She is a true asset!

It was absolutely awful. I asked the employee insisted on signing me up twice for a program I did not want. I am already signed up for mailing list. She did not Listen. She was also ran off giggling in the middle I of checkout with another coworker. It took 35 minutes to checkout. I work customer service and I understand it’s hard job but there is absolutely zero reason for this. I’ll guess I’ll try the Sephora up the road.

These employees need to be trained better. My fiance came in today around 11:30 am to pick up two online orders. When the employee asked her for her last name she gave her both her first and last name to make it easier on the employee because there could have been a customer with her last name that also ordered online. Well, the employee said "LAST NAME?" Confused, my fiance said it should be under "insert last name here". The employee stated with an attitude "I only asked you for your last name" and then proceeded to make her show her her ID because she didn't believe her. WHO CARES? These rude employees need to be retrained. This employee had a whole line of customers staring at my fiance making her embarrassed because she gave her her first name too. There are so many things in this world to get worked up over. Do better Ulta

Would not advise booking a hairstyle and makeup application at the salon. Did not get what I asked for at all, I'm embarrassed to post the picture. Luckily I had time to go home and completely redo my hair and makeup before my event. Total waste of money. The only thing I kept from this service was the eyeliner.

I've been in this store TWICE... both times... no one came to ask if I needed any help... can in today... a young lady had some stuff in her cart the alarm was going off... THEY RUSHED to get that cart... NO MA'AM she wasn't stealing!! But we need help over here... I just left!! Went in to go shopping!! I'll just get my make up offline... im good on this store!

I like shopping at ulta beauty… & always had a positive attitude & atmosphere, but for some reason the workers at this one are rude as hell..or even asked if I needed assistance.. wouldn’t recommend …

If you want gorgeous blonde hair for much less than local salons charge, then Ashlyn is your girl! She has done my hair a few times now and gorgeous blonde every time. I tell her what time I want and she shows me options to get it as close as possible. She will be my go-to stylist from now on!

First off, I need to acknowledge the 3 WONDROUS employees I had the pleasure of meeting. Thank you again Giovanna, Jordan and Sarah. These ladies are the exact presentation any retailer is looking for in their employees. ✨Chef Kiss✨. I do blame them for my near $200 purchase when I only came in for a beauty blender. Giovanna helped me find the correct foundation color and they all suggested products they each love. Again, I cannot thank you all enough. ? Hey CORPORATE! These ladies need a raise. Chop! Chop!

Walked it this store to not be greeted as it was my first time visiting ULTRA. There were employees walking around still no introduction for an African American Woman. I find what I need and go to the register for the young girl not to speak and inform me if I don’t create an account today I would not be able to make a return (not returning lashes) I finished and as I was walking away she excitedly greet the next customer who was of the same complexion as her. ULTRA will NEVER see another dollar of my money!

First, you're enticed to buy a product online because it comes with a "free" gift. You elect to pick it up at your closest store (in my case, the White Oak Shopping Center store in Garner, NC) and, when you get there, you find the free gifts are gone. This is a deceptive and unethical marketing practice. We all know that the gift isn't free in the first place. You're paying for it in the price of the product you're buying. To protect themselves, Ulta say: "While stocks last". One has to wonder how much stock they had in the first place. And, knowing that the stores are out of stick, why not remove the promotion from the website. Because it's intentional deception.Furthermore, the staff at the Garner store are unhelpful, rude and disrespectful. Just another reason to shop online and have things shipped.
