“I want to recognize everyone at this dealership, starting with Pam, who was so kind and reassuring over the phone.
We found ourselves in an emergency when our car broke down after getting fuel from a gas station that had water in its gasoline. We were stranded four hours from home and feeling overwhelmed. We first called another Honda dealership nearby, but they weren’t able to fit us in. When we called Roanoke Rapids Honda, they immediately told us to come in and were waiting for our arrival.
From the moment we walked through the door, everyone made sure we were taken care of. Every employee we encountered was friendly, compassionate, and genuinely cared about helping us through a stressful situation. Having such a clean, welcoming environment during a difficult time brought us a great deal of comfort and helped put our minds at ease.

“The people here are amazing. We broke down in an RV on the way from South Carolina to NJ. It need some obscure part that was going to take 24 hours to come in. The folks there, Gray, Lloyd, Amanda, etc. went out of there way to a crazy extent to make sure we were comfortable and to get us back on the road. I really can’t say enough great things about them. Also, the price was ridiculously low. I will never again travel down I95 without stopping in and saying hello to them. I honestly feel like we owe them a debt of gratitude for helping us out of what would otherwise feel like a terrible situation. This is probably only the 3rd review I’ve ever left for anything in my life, that’s how highly I feel about the service they provided.Service: Engine repair”

“They get a 5 star from me and my family. Our honda accord started smoking and leaking oil really bad, ended up being a gasket that hardened up real bad. They fixed us up real quick and at a great price. Probably took less then 2 hours in and out. Would give them a 6 if I could.”

“Woke up NYE 2025 morning, Cracker Barrel parking lot, RV started and was in limp mode from night before. I called D&D early morning and Danny immediately came to my location. His code reader showed no issues and he cleared my engine light. He wouldn’t take any money for his service!! He even called me the next day to see how the RV was running!! He gave me peace of mind during a stressful time. I wish I lived closer because he would be my main mechanic !”
