We set up our rentals online which made the process easier during pick up. We received great customer service from a young man and a young lady they both were friendly, knowledgeable and quick. We had to put deposits down and it didn’t take long to put back on card after returning. We definitely will be using there services again.”

“Our car broke down during visiting our family in South Carolina. We are from Tennessee. Called Enterprise and explained that our car was being towed, my husband was going to be riding in the tow truck in order to go and speak with the dealership. And that my son and I would be left at the mechanic shop that was unable to help us, that we would be needing a car as soon as possible since the mechanic shop was going to be closing in just a couple of hours. Long story short they told me that I was on the expedite for help. They never called nor did they ever show up to pick us up. So the last minute I was trying to find a car rental for my son and I before the mechanic shop close and the car rental places closed. I called Hertz and spoke with Tim. He was very reassuring and helpful. I was able to get a uber to Hertz and when I got there there were six people in line in front of us and it was just a few minutes before 5:00 closing time. Isaiah and Tim were working so diligently to help each customer and be sure everyone was taken care of and not once did I feel that they were frustrated that it was a Friday and it was after 5:00 and they were still at work. They were kind and they were reassuring. And these gentlemen are a asset to the Gastonia Hertz location. When I return the car today Isaiah was very kind to ask me how everything was working out and he remembered our story. Again just shows his empathy and Kindess. Thank you again Tim and Isaiah for your care and empathy which gave me peace in a time of uncertainty.”
