“I've stayed at this place off and on for multiple years now I'm just getting close to 80 to 100 nights never ever ever ever one time had one single problem here it's quiet clean the rooms are nice the staff is nice night time security is good and very reasonable on the price”
“Some people have left some bad reviews of this place. But from my personal experience. This hotel is absolutely wonderful. All the staff is absolutely amazing and so helpful. They do a great job keeping the place clean and are so kind and considerate to the guests. The breakfast is pretty great I was shocked because most hotel breakfasts aren't that good. The rooms are so organized and spotless and house keeping does really great. The hotel is right next to a few restaurants and at a safe location near alot of places so that's also a huge bonus. This hotel is absolutely wonderful in my opinion and couldn't have asked for a better experience.”
“I loved this hotel. The front desk staff is wonderful- very helpful & genuinely friendly. My room was super clean, roomy & comfortable. I've stayed at quite a few hotels in the area & this was definitely my favorite. It's a great hotel for the price. Also loved that they're pet friendly and they even have some grassy areas to walk the pups.Rooms: Spacious & clean. Comfy beds, great shower. Loved it!”
“Great place for extended stay
We have been here since February 1,2025
Right next to interstate and across from train tracks get a little noisy. Does not have an operating pool. Otherwise I would recommend it for extended stay”
“I was impressed with the amount of kindness and hospitality shown to us. The staff respected our privacy and didn't hesitate to help with any of our requests. There is a security guard at night so it helped us sleep better as well. It was affordable and peaceful. The breakfast was fresh.Safety: They have a security guard as well as a front desk worker up front at Night.Walkability: Located direct behind IHOP on Cox rd in Gastonia. Less than a mile from Chucky Cheese and Buffalo Wild Wings.Noteworthy details: They staff were all kind and took considerable responsibility for making us comfortable.”

“Hello, I just wanted to share what a wonderful experience we had at The Hilton garden inn. We stayed Christmas and black Friday. From the moment I checked in, I was met with such a warm greeting. Check in was smooth sailing. She was welcoming and told me about all the stuff they had going on and where everything was. Anytime I had a question, I got an immediate response. My son and family met us there, we were able to swim and socialize stress and worry free. Housekeeping did an amazing job keeping the whole place clean. If I can give it 10 Stars I definitely would. I suggest and recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in the Gastonia area. You can definitely tell management does a great job taking their job seriously. And I could tell that by the employees supporting them. Great job to all the Hilton garden inn management and staff.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”
