“Budget friendly with strong hot shower. Very clean and quiet with super friendly staff. Close to Rt 321& I-85 with quick access to Charlotte or destinations south.Rooms: Small but comfortable and everything worked as it should.”

“I was happy with the Best Western. The room was clean and looked nice. The customer service was amazing. The evening front desk guy even got some plastic utensils and napkins for me because Cracker Barrel didn't include any. My only complaint is that the breakfast was adequate, but the pancake machine didn't work correctly even though the employee reset the machine twice.”

“The rooms here and free morning breakfast are nice. Includes a pool too and that was nice to enjoy the only problem was getting the deposit back. Make sure you double check your deposit gets released back to you before checking out. I had to call multiple times about my deposit. The guy on the phone said my funds will be in be a couple of days turns out my funds wasn’t even released until I called again and the lady checked it for me. Props to her for actually checking in and making sure the funds were released back to me. The gentleman knew I called multiple times gave me the same response didn’t even try to ask for my name or anything to make sure it was released. Other than that all the women that were there was very helpful kind and courtesy and helped me out.”

“The absolute worst Hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Beds were worn out, pillows smelled like maple syrup, carpet plum nasty, moldy bathroom, lamps didn’t work, funky musky smell and then in the middle of the night when “trying” to sleep someone banged on our door and runs off laughing. Which caused me to get up and write this review immediately. I wish I had never stayed. Then walking to the car earlier, some man jumps out his car running towards me. I had to jump in my car, lock the doors and fly off! Never Ever Again!!!”

“I was impressed with the amount of kindness and hospitality shown to us. The staff respected our privacy and didn't hesitate to help with any of our requests. There is a security guard at night so it helped us sleep better as well. It was affordable and peaceful. The breakfast was fresh.Safety: They have a security guard as well as a front desk worker up front at Night.Walkability: Located direct behind IHOP on Cox rd in Gastonia. Less than a mile from Chucky Cheese and Buffalo Wild Wings.Noteworthy details: They staff were all kind and took considerable responsibility for making us comfortable.”
“The staff are kind & courteous. The food was excellent. Even though we did not have a pet, Hilton Garden Inn is PET FRIENDLY!Would highly recommend this hotel for the atmosphere, amenities, and awesome customer service they provided during our entire stay!”
