Just got finished doing my taxes with Felicia Funderburk. She was wonderful. Very helpful. Very kind and polite. And very sweet and patient with my autistic child, who had accompanied me.

Paperwork was taken all over Gastonia by Philisha from Monday to Saturday and my taxes were still not done even after I had 1:00 appointment on Monday. I was moved to the side while others were walking up and getting theirs done. The manager Jann went and picked up my papers and Amber was able to get them done after a long 3 hr wait. She did a good job and got them done.

I had a very pleasant and stress free experience with the tax preparer. She was very knowledgeable and helpful with my questions and to top it off I paid less than with the company I used last year. I recommend the company and the preparer highly.

The custom service is Amazing The only thing I don’t like is the fact that they they switch their bank to Republican bank. I’ve been with Jackson Hewitt for a years I’ve always got the advance. I’ve never had an issue with getting the advance when they were with Medibank, but now that they were Republican Bank Republican, Bank , I wasn’t able to get my advance in that right there discouraged me because we be looking forward to that and that’s what I don’t like so they are a good company and I’ve been dealing with them for years, but I don’t know if I’m gonna go back And I sent a lot of people and a lot of family members to them, but I don’t think I’m gonna go back next year because Republican bank that’s crazy I’ve been doing the same thing for years ain’t never switched up same job same everything and they denied me so with that being said that I can’t deal with love Jackson Hewitt. Don’t like the Bank they switch to so I don’t think I’ll be dealing with them after moving forward and the fact they charged almost $500 to do my taxes is crazy alot has changed

Theresa Heaver has been doing our taxes for 20+ years in the Haston County area. She has been a friend way longer.... She is polite, fast, informative and more than anything she CARES!!!! THANK YOU Jackson Hewitt for keeping this lady around we are definitely in a bad way as soon as the day comes and they can go home
