Went for some bloodwork due to some ongoing health issues. April was amazing. It was meant to be that our paths crossed today because I absolutely needed the encouraging and positive energy she brings.

Been using this location for years in order to avoid driving to Charlotte for fasting bloodwork. The location is convenient, but the customer service is terrible.

Had a 9:30 appt, arrived 15 mins early and was taken back at 9:50. Why make appts? Guy at front desk needs some customer service training and a little personality.
