Rude I dropped some specimens off from my tests and they told me that I had to sign in on the kiosk I then waited over 20 minutes and was not seen I walked up to the window still no receptionist so I slid the sealed packet under the window and at that time a rude gentleman came out and said I could not do it that way . Explained to him that all the information they needed was included and he said that he did not care. I left it there and walked out it they ate so busy why don’t they hire someone to work the reception area I wish that I could give 0 stars

My wife just got home crying because a man at the front desk was yelling at her and belittling her in front of a room full of people because she did not receive a text message for her appointment while she was waiting on the car.

Guy at front desk needs some customer service training and a little personality. My husband was sent from Carolina Asthma & Allergy Center for some blood cultures. The front desk guy became so angry because the kiosk couldn't read the insurance card. Snatching and yelling! I said geeze guy are you okay. I said sorry if I was such a problem. I felt so embarrassed. Nope, I will never go through them doors again. I have other options.

Come out shouting and snatched the papers out of my wife's hands. I said hey why you been so rude. I express to the doctor that sent me. This was not the first time they heard about about the shouting man.

Went for some bloodwork due to some ongoing health issues. April was amazing. It was meant to be that our paths crossed today because I absolutely needed the encouraging and positive energy she brings.

The gentleman with the bald head is good natured with a good attitude. The rest of the crew are just nasty and filled with hate. Unfortunately, this is the general rule for all of the Labcorp facilities. Must be a terrible place to work. I only go there when absolutely necessary. They offer testing for which I would be interested, but crew makes it terrible place to deal with.

We went today for a blood draw for my son with autism. We had the BEST experience. I signed him in, let them know up front he had autism and I was not sure how it would go. April was very helpful and said she would get everything ready so when he came in he just had to go straight back. We waited in the car until they were ready, which was not long at all. We were done before our appt time. April and Chantel? were so very kind and caring. They walked him through the whole process and kept a conversation of the things he like. He did great and I’m very thankful for their kindness.

The people working at this location were great. I had to sit in the lobby, while taking a 3 hour glucose tolerance test, and saw how helpful the staff is and how they quickly moved people in and out. I gave 4 starts because my appt was for 8 and I wasn't seen till 820, but they were apologetic about the delay. Again, I felt like I should leave a review for this location based reading the horrible reviews, as my experience was really good.

I had no issues with this location. Walked in at 10am on a Wed. No appt. Did self check in. I was called back within 5-7 min and the woman that helped me was great! Greeted me with a smile and talked with me while taking about 8 vials of blood. Blood isn’t my thing at all and makes me queasy and she helped me through it. Maybe I just got lucky but I didn’t have any issues compared to some of the other reviews.

Been using this location for years in order to avoid driving to Charlotte for fasting bloodwork. The location is convenient, but the customer service is terrible.

I hate coming here. Labcorp does not seem to care about hiring nice patient people to run this office. The lady at the front desk is absolutely rude and has zero emotional intelligence. If I had any other option I would never come here again.

So it doesn’t matter if you have an appointment or not the guy at the front desk says they can’t tell who has an appointment so it does not matter, this place is a joke. Government health care at its finest. Please someone from the private sector take over this place

I had an appointment today, but the staff claimed I was late and didn't have an appointment, despite me providing them with confirmation and checking in. They didn't offer any solutions or show any concern for the problem, and instead suggested I inform my employer, even though my deadline was today. Unfortunately, this seems to be a common occurrence in Gastonia, where the quality of health services is poor.

Had a 9:30 appt, arrived 15 mins early and was taken back at 9:50. Why make appts? Guy at front desk needs some customer service training and a little personality. He even struggled to capture my credit card payment and just slung card back at me and said nothing.Ladies in the back were personable and friendly. Be prepared to wait ..
