Been using this location for years in order to avoid driving to Charlotte for fasting bloodwork. The location is convenient, but the customer service is terrible.

Had a 9:30 appt, arrived 15 mins early and was taken back at 9:50. Why make appts? Guy at front desk needs some customer service training and a little personality. 5 times I had to come here before I got a simple employment drug screening. For some reason Labcorp makes getting one of these very difficult. There are different times for drug screens. They also have to take a one hour lunch. They start late and close early. The only LabCorp that’s open on Saturday doesn’t do drug... read full comment
