I had no issues with this location. Walked in at 10am on a Wed. No appt. Did self check in. I was called back within 5-7 min and the woman that helped me was great! Greeted me with a smile and talked with me while taking about 8 vials of blood. Blood isn’t my thing at all and makes me queasy and she helped me through it. Maybe I just got lucky but I didn’t have any issues compared to some of the other reviews.

Been using this location for years in order to avoid driving to Charlotte for fasting bloodwork. The location is convenient, but the customer service is terrible.

I hate coming here. Labcorp does not seem to care about hiring nice patient people to run this office. The lady at the front desk is absolutely rude and has zero emotional intelligence. If I had any other option I would never come here again.

So it doesn’t matter if you have an appointment or not the guy at the front desk says they can’t tell who has an appointment so it does not matter, this place is a joke. Government health care at its finest. Please someone from the private sector take over this place

I had an appointment today, but the staff claimed I was late and didn't have an appointment, despite me providing them with confirmation and checking in. They didn't offer any solutions or show any concern for the problem, and instead suggested I inform my employer, even though my deadline was today. Unfortunately, this seems to be a common occurrence in Gastonia, where the quality of health services is poor.

Had a 9:30 appt, arrived 15 mins early and was taken back at 9:50. Why make appts? Guy at front desk needs some customer service training and a little personality. He even struggled to capture my credit card payment and just slung card back at me and said nothing.Ladies in the back were personable and friendly. Be prepared to wait ..

Is there a reason why there is literally one employee running the whole office? Waiting room full of people with NO ONE at the desk, and ONE person taking patients. This is absolutely ridiculous. You’re a huge company. You can afford more than a skeleton crew

After standing in line 10 minutes, I was rudely advised that this location didn't do drug testing after a certain time. Ok...not their fault for me not knowing that, but did the receptionist have to be so rude about it? He just shrugged his shoulders and said "Nothing I can do". Which may or may not have been true, but it was obvious he wasn't going to try to help. Will recommend another company for drug screening to my potential employer.

Made an appointment for 11:30am, I arrived 30 minutes early to get out asap checked by 11:05 in with my DL at the kiosk to have to wait till after 12 to be called back after people who arrived after 11:30 were called and left before I did.

I was there at 4:40 on Tuesday, September 12th. The doors were locked. I now have to attempt to come before school, but are the doors unlocked at 7:30?

5 times I had to come here before I got a simple employment drug screening. For some reason Labcorp makes getting one of these very difficult. There are different times for drug screens. They also have to take a one hour lunch. They start late and close early. The only LabCorp that’s open on Saturday doesn’t do drug screenings.

I was a bit hesitate going to Lapcorp in Gastonia, but after my recent experience, 5 Stars. The kiosk check-in was simple, the receptionist was friendly, the facility was clean, and the phlebotomist was nice and hit the mark without issues or pain. Very quick overall process.

They stop work at 12:00 and start back around 1:30. The only thing is nothing about this is on the paperwork you receive when it shows the hours of the business. And I don't like the vibes the "workers" have they talk with low vibrations and negative tone.
