A technician responded within 20 minutes of notifying the Gastonia office, and quickly discovered the problem…which was almost impossible to detect… and, which I had unknowingly caused. The cannula tubing had actually become knotted between the adjusting slider and the main tube junction. I knew the concentrator would shut down automatically if there’s a kink anywhere in the tubing. I just didn’t see it. Freddie did. And we were back in operation in a few minutes. The Gastonia office has always provided superb customer service with their friendly and helpful staff.
