“My oxygen concentrator shut down unexpectedly. A technician responded within 20 minutes of notifying the Gastonia office, and quickly discovered the problem…which was almost impossible to detect… and, which I had unknowingly caused. The cannula tubing had actually become knotted between the adjusting slider and the main tube junction. I knew the concentrator would shut down automatically if there’s a kink anywhere in the tubing. I just didn’t see it. Freddie did. And we were back in operation in a few minutes. The Gastonia office has always provided superb customer service with their friendly and helpful staff. This is just one more great example of their great customer service.”

“Very helpful with my Grandfather. They came out to the car and assisted him with foot measurements. The first pair didn't work out for him. They did allow him to exchange with no hassle. Great professional and friendly staff. It was a great experience for my 86 year young Grandfather. Quality of shoes are outstanding as well as the style. They had to special order his style and size. The order got here in a nice timely manner.”
