“I visited Office Depot in Gastonia yesterday to print pictures and pick up supplies for my son’s end-of-year project. I’m not very tech savvy, and the young man working the print area helped me at the self-service kiosk while also juggling multiple customers completely on his own. I believe his name was Sean. Sean was incredibly patient, kind, professional, and knowledgeable. Even while extremely busy, he never made anyone feel rushed. Outstanding customer service like that deserves recognition!”
