“Superb service from the associated who assisted me with a print job this morning. The store was busy. I was assisted by the young tall guy. There was an older female associate sitting in the back. I assume the manager or maybe she was working on special projects is why she didn’t come to assist the guys upfront.”

“The UPS Store located at 2230 E Franklin Blvd Ste 100, Gastonia, NC 28054 is a conveniently located store in Gastonia, NC. Near some large shopping areas. Service by Troy was friendly and quick. He took the time to listen to my shop by needs and concerns. There were 3 registers opened and all 3 weee busy. This is a very high volume store location.”

“This is a major business advantage for us! First off it is MUCH closer to us than the UPS store. Secondly it is open for just two hours but its 6PM to 8PM! Perfect for procrastinators like myself. ?? The down side is during that time frame they are hustling getting packages on the truck to get them out to the airport so everyone there is BUSY. Please be patient because the clerk is often in the back helping get those packages out! I suggest printing your shipping label ahead of time to save yourself some time and if you don't need a receipt, you can just leave your packages in the lobby area. They will still get shipped out. But if you can't make your own label, they can help with that on the spot. Parking is a bit tight and at times it can get busy, but I still prefer this over the UPS store.”
