“I usually would never leave a review for a UPS store, but this one definitely stuck out. Usually dropping off amazon returns or packages at a UPS store is a pretty impersonal experience with the store trying to charge you an arm and a leg for everything. I was greated with kindness and warmth at this store and they even helped me out when I made a mistake with some amazon returns (not something a UPS store has ever done for me before). They definitely work to earn your business here, even in the short time you are in the store. I highly recommend this location!”

“As a consumer I had to find a solution for returning a large item that I ordered that was damaged and fortunately I found Craters and Freighters. I spoke to Sam and she handled everything start to finish. When she was out of the office she still checked email and text messages and had Rick the owner/manager handle everything else and he was great too. Sam went above and beyond and she offered to have them pick up the oversized item ASAP even though it wouldn't be scheduled for production until the following week or longer depending on how long it took me to handle everything else related to the return. The staff that picked up the item were very nice and helpful too and even offered to dispose of the original damaged crate for me. She also offered to print and scan all documents and even helped me complete them. Since this was an international shipment this was a lot more involved and Sam was knowledgeable on all aspects of the process and they were not even the shipping company and only provided the crating yet Sam assisted me with the shipping paperwork too.”

“I purchased a ceramic elephant and took it to the UPS to ship to Missouri. I was so excited and couldn’t wait for its arrival! When it arrived I was overwhelmed with excitement. I opened the box and my elephant was crumbled to pieces! I called the UPS store immediately and shared my sad story. Shana assured me not to worry and that I would be reimbursed.Reimbursement was the last thing on my mind! I wanted my elephant. I purchased another elephant and returned to the UPS and this time Shana and Travis assured me it would arrive in one piece. Three days later it arrived all in one piece!!!!! Now my elephant sits on my front porch in Missouri.Thanks to the “Exceptional Customer Service that was provided by two hard working people. They represent the establishment well!!”

From the date of shipment your company did a superior job keeping us informed and setting up a delivery time that worked around our schedules. Your driver Eddie Trusdale was polite, professional and one heck of a guy helping us get his massive truck down our driveway for us to get the pole onto another truck. I had used one of Mario's other companies to help with a challenging clean-out situation, and was happy to learn of his moving company, so I jumped at the chance to use them for loading our moving truck. They were professional and on-time, helping us move out quickly and efficiently with a good attitude and smiles all around. I was also impressed by some of the little things, like how some of his team members had (tasteful) music playing on their phones while loading the truck, the firm/genuine handshakes from all of his team, and how they really seemed to care about the situation we were going through that required the move. “OMG / OMG - Hands down! - This was the nicest and most robust Whole Foods that we have ever been to in our lives! - Staff was very: (1) Available, (2) Knowledgeable & (3) Friendly; - Patrons of the store were normal and not like the usual insane types that we are accustomed to bumping into. Parking lot can be slightly tight - nevertheless, we were able to find plenty of parking. People in the parking lot are extremely cordial and friendly too. Produce is fresh and well stocked.
