The guys had great communication, were prompt with our delivery time, and had everything done extremely quickly. On top of being extremely polite. I couldn’t have asked for a smoother delivery and setup process. The guys handling our order made the white glove delivery worth the extra cost!”

Chris M. was working when we arrived and he was able to help with notary services last minute. Chris was also friendly. Very good experience overall.”

“Hahaha well a funny experience happened. They are completely over efficient, so let me explain. Unlike me... It would be wise to be ready when you go in with your things. Otherwise you might be shipping the shopping bag, the purchase receipts, and everything in the mail. I went in and had the presents still in the shopping bags that I put them in after they were purchased. I had asked the associate, at the counter, if they had boxes. The answer was yes, so they asked me to set my things on the scale. I did this, then became busy looking for the address, so I was not paying attention to my shopping bag of things. I had meant to separate everything and clean it up, once I got the box to get rid of the tags, bags, and receipt.. lol ? when I turned around everything (tags, bags, receipt and all) was already all put inside the box, and the box was perfectly sealed. Lucky this was going to my daughter and her children, so I would just call her to explain.. ? it was pretty hilarious. I kept it to myself, and didn't say anything because it was not their fault!! That is very efficient!! It was so quick. They had sealed it up and did everything for me. Never had that done before. Places I have gone into, usually, they just hand me the box and send me to some corner to get it all figured out. Then, I have to bring it up when I'm done. The place is very clean and I noticed that it was a pretty busy place.”

“Wednesday Morning, having to go to a passport office for the first time in 18 years, getting turned around trying to find parking, having to ask for directions to the office from the ramp, all stressful. Upon arriving to the office, I was greeted almost immediately and directed to check in (I made an appt online). I was asked questions as far as what I needed and copies were taken for me that I had missed doing myself. I had my photo taken and the employee even made sure I wasn't out of place anywhere before she took the photo. I waited only a couple minutes before I was assisted by Ms. Tammy. She reviewed my form, and when I was informed payment was only cash or cashiers check, she actually took the time to walk me to the ATM so I wouldn't get lost. Both employees that I engaged with were very kind, patient and professional. I dreaded going through this process, but my experience today was exceptional and I would highly recommend this office.”
