“Shipping the vehicle was a long event and it left its first location in reasonable amount of time. The second location it sat in Winston Salem lot for over 10 days making the final location two days later than it supposed to. Also when it stated I would receive a call when it was time for a test drive, I didn’t receive a phone call for the appointment. So I went to the dealership in Gastonia when I walk in, there was several seating there. But when I talk to the sale representative John everything was great. John was very apologetic and did say that was on (us) as of being CarMax fault for not calling and scheduling an appointment. John worked hard and it was the best car experience I ever received.

“Got our new 2021 Mazda CX-9 Sport from Ayinde and Jordan on Nov 2. 2024 @ 2:30pm They were extremely helpful! Easy app process paperless and online, do it from home before you get there to make it easier, test drove, submitted the app, boom approved! Inspected the car signed papers walked out at 6:15pm. Easy as heck!!! Go see them guys”
