“My Dad and I joined Crossfit Simplicity in February 2025 and have been hooked ever since!
The community, coaches, equipment, and atmosphere encourage someone new to crossfit. The community is friendly and helps you strive for incremental improvements each session. The coaches are informative and assist you in more advanced movements, scaling where necessary. The equipment is well-maintained, and the atmosphere is motivational!
We’ve made leaps and bounds in our fitness, and we attribute all that to Crossfit Simplicity…with some hard work sprinkled in. I highly recommend Crossfit Simplicity, whether you are new, a veteran of CrossFit, or just dropping in.”

The gym is always spotless, the trainers are AMAZING, and you really get a sense of kindness and encouragement from everyone there. Without Anytime Fitness I would have haver reached my personal fitness goals. Especially with the help of Kaina I have dropped nearly 100 pounds since starting here. “Old school gym mixed with more up dated equipment. Plenty of free weights, treadmills, elliptical, stair climber, extra heavy duty squat racks and benches for very heavy lifting especially if you are into power lifting. Been coming here for years. Love this gym.”
“I’ve been a member of the Stoney Creek Express YMCA for a number of years now and can’t imagine exercising anywhere else. It is definitely an excellent facility for seniors, adults and young adults wanting to develop and/or maintain an exercise program amidst their busy lives. While it does not offer features like a swimming pool, basketball courts and so on, it does have an excellent assortment of weight-training and cardio equipment, a decent program of group exercise classes, and personal trainers. All of this is provided in a cheerful and clean facility with a staff that is friendly and welcoming. The Stoney Creek Express YMCA is a shining example of the Greensboro YMCA’s goal of creating an atmosphere of inclusiveness in which ALL people are welcome.”

“Love the planet fitness at this location because of the small and the equipment. It has all new machines and very updated compared to other locations. But it does get very packed and kind of placed in a bad area. Multiple times people have been in the parking lot smoking pot. One of the workers was outside boxing someone and leaving the desk unattended. And quite a few times the bathroom has been nasty and looks like none of the staff check up on the bathroom.”
“I've been coming here for several months and the staff is great! I've been working with Jordan and Hope while training for a Duathlon and they are amazing! Highly recommend them for your training needs! This gym is clean and there's no waiting for equipment.”
