This includes providing teller services through drive-thru lanes only, in-person visits by appointment only, and select branch closures. Some branches without drive-thru lanes will remain open with enhanced sanitization measures.
They don't answer their phones! I keep getting stuck in the automatic information loop and there is no other option. This is extremely poor customer service! If they really care about their customers, they need to make some changes, starting at the top.

The new Truist (BB&T + SunTrust banks) is "proudly" closing over 800 branches to pay for their misguided merger. Guess what? They are not spending money to improve or enlarge the remaining branches. This location is way overcrowded and the ATM is down every day. As for me ... I am going, going, gone!
