“The store was clean and the 1st lady was a young black lady and she had a problem spelling my last name even after spelling it out to her she still couldn't get it right and then she asked me for my driver's license to spell my last name and she still couldn't get it right. She kept turning around and looking out the window behind her. This went on for a few minutes and then another lady a white lady came over and finished with my order and she didn't have any problems spelling my last name and she finished my order.”
