“Kindness matters! I have a child with special needs, and shopping can be difficult in person. I was asking about fit and possible returns when the associate asked, "Is she in the car now?" When I said yes, she allowed me to take the 3 shoes to the car to try on her! I purchased all 3 pairs of shoes. The price point was also excellent for name brand shoes: New Balance $34, Fila $16, and Sketchers $28. These shoes are for a 7 year old girl. I will definitely shop there againfor the professionalism alone!”
“Anna Jack's has beautiful clothes for children. The owners are super nice! I have a grown son and no grandchildren or I would spend a bundle in there. I went there for the UHual rentals. Unfortunately they don't do that anymore because the Bingo place behind them complained about the trucks. It was the most convenient place for me to get a truck from super nice people.”

“I've shopped regularly at Foot Locker, and have purchased athletic shoes in several of their stores in different cities and states for more than 40 years. We moved to Goldsboro a year ago so this was my first time in the Berkeley Mall site. I needed a pair of new sneakers, and unfortunately they were out of my size in every style I liked due to the recent Black Friday sale and the Christmas holiday. I'm giving them five stars anyway because my experience was what I expect from the chain, they still offer a superior selection of styles and high-quality athletic shoe brands, and the customer service was excellent. The sales associates were nice and didn't complain about having to search the stockroom for me so many times. Highly recommend.”
