Checkout experiences vary; sometimes there is no wait at self-checkout, while other times service can be slow with long lines. Getting help from associates is often described as a nightmare, with staff perceived as unhelpful or unavailable, and customer service generally receives poor ratings. However, some individual cashiers provide exceptionally friendly and personable service, making the process a breeze.
