“Nice grocer. Lots of products you won't find many other places unless you are up in a city. Butcher shop and fish selection is awesome, wide cheese selection and stuff like an olive bar/salad bar. All that being said, a box of barilla pasta is 4$, so unless you are looking for something fancy or out of the ordinary most other places will save you half your money or more on most everyday items.”
“Tonight I was the last customer I got their 10 minutes before closing and they stayed open to the advertise time and allowed me to ring up after 11:00 p.m. AND their customer service was amazing”
“I love this Food Lion. I usually order online and pick up at the store because it keeps me from overbuying (and I HATE grocery shopping) and the shoppers at this store are great! They are always polite and do their best to make reasonable substitutions. I've asked them to add an item or make a cheaper substitution in the messages and they've always been friendly and accommodating (and I make sure not to spam them or ask for too much). Overall, I now prefer to shop at this Food Lion over Walmart because of the customer service. They might be slightly higher on some prices, but it really evens out when you consider specials, coupons, and MVP deals. And you're getting better products. Thank you to the managers at this location because you're running the store well. Please treat your employees well, too, so they stick around because they really make this a wonderful location.”
“the staff was nice and helpful when I asked them to locate henna cones for me. the henna was kind of old from when i used it. I think it was expired cause my hand burned and it never burns when I use henna. Very faded.”
“Better than expected. This small AFB must service many retirees. A good variety of staples, plus cut flowers and its own fresh sushi counter. Located adjacent to the PX, they share the same parking lot.”
“Recently moved to Goochland and only option is Food Lion without having to travel so far. Just not my first choice of grocery stores, but that seems to be the main grocery store here in VA. However it is very clean and convenient to the house. Just don’t carry a lot of products I’m accustomed to finding in New Jersey.”

“I called the pharmacy on behalf of a friend who doesn't speak English fluently to request the transfer of some medications from another pharmacy, and I was lucky enough to be assisted over the phone by an extremely kind and helpful person. I believe his name was Nathan; he was very patient and took the time necessary to resolve the matter. That happened a few months ago, and yesterday I had to call for a different reason; once again, I was assisted by the same person, who displayed the same attitude and managed to resolve the problem. Thank you so much for your patience and understanding; I hope your manager sees this post, because businesses need more people like you…”
“Good that this place stays open right around the corner from me and stays open until 12am. They take EBT, Cash, Debit, & Credit Card. They have the Lottery. The prices are a Lil higher for there cigarettes, and some other things are also a little bit higher than other stores but I guess that's because they are open later than normal.”
“I travel all the way across town because that's where I can find the type of foods I grew up on. (71). Plus they bag your food and will take it to your vehicle if you ask like back in the day. Showing appreciation by serving you not you serving them.
I do make sure I go there doing daylight, no dusk dark or night time visits for my own safety. Because there have been time when people would be asking for money or trying to sell stuff. Walking in the parking lot cussing & talking to themselves. I'm aware there's not much that the store manager can do about that so I gave my ratings according to my experience on the inside of the store and not the surrounding.”

“The owner is super sweet and helpful! She gave me tips and ideas on how to make various dishes. There was a HUGE selection of drink mixes. I purchased quite a few. Nicely arranged establishment.”
“This is your typical Food Lion grocery store. They carry the same things as other Food Lion grocery stores. You can pretty much get all of your grocery supplies here at Food Lion. They were pretty busy today. I'm not sure if they're that is all the time or just occasionally when there's something going on.”

“Harris Teeter is one of my favorite grocery stores to go to. It's super calming in the store, you know how most grocery stores are loud because of the amount of people, well Harris teeter is so much quieter. And you gotta love the sales!!! And of course the VIC takes of more savings!! And then the fuel points you can collect too.”
“I went to Dollar General to have a package dropped of for FedEx. I am an elderly woman with a cane. I use a cane. I parked and was trying to get out oof my car. A tall man came out to my car to help me in the store. He took the package and did what ever he had to do to ship the package. His name was Brannon. He made my day! Every where I went I told people about it. Thank you Dollar General for having such great employes”
“7-9-23Grocery store with a taco truck in the lot. Store sells Mexican produce and processed foods. We came for the truck and tacos. You order at the truck and then pay inside the store. They take cards. The truck sells tacos, tortas, quesadillas, and sopes.We got the pastor tacos, and these are fantastic. Corn tortillas with onions and cilantro. The pastor is seasoned well, and the tacos are filled liberally with meat. No skimping. Fairly and comparably priced at $3 each. You get both green and red salsa, and both were zippy. You get lime slices as well. It's definitely authentic.There is a small table to the right of the truck (no shade) if that is your thing. Tacos were prepared quickly, and we were gone to stuff our faces.It's a good taco option.”
