“A very rare gem in the automotive maintenance/repair industry. They are honest with you, and they don't try to sell you stuff you don't need. They're so good so much so that they have a 2 week backlog when you call to book an appointment. You've got to wait about 2 weeks before you can get your car worked on. They've got so much work that they don't have the need to sell people random services that they may or may not need. Excellent work and quick, too (once they get to your car). The owner (lead technician) is extremely knowledgeable as well. And they take the time to tell you everything you'd want to know and more. As transparent as one could be. Only gripe is I wish they were avaliable sooner but thats ok! The best work is very sought after! Worth your wait! Oh and they're very fair on pricing as well to top it off! Don't charge an arm and a leg. And they've even fixed an issue for me for free before.”

“Great quality repairs!!! I've never personally had a need to use a body shop for repairs thankfully, but I do work hand in hand with body shops to ensure great quality repairs and can 100% honestly recommend Ed's Collision Center!!! We see the before and the after once they are done with repairs. Many times we are apart of their repair process, if their repairs weren't up to par and top notch we wouldn't be able to perform the work we are needed for to ensure a safe and quality repair of vehicles. They do the best work we have seen in the Sanford area and would absolutely take my personal vehicles to them without a second thought!!! I've never thought to leave a review for a body shop we service, but Google maps has been asking me for days to leave a review since we frequent them so often, and honestly I can't find a good reason not to. Before I didn't think it would be too professional, but after thinking about it for a couple of days I realize we actually get to see their work up front and down and dirty as some would say. I can truly say they repair vehicles by the book, they do top notch quality work, they take pride in their work, and they don't see their clients as just another vehicle. They take care of their customers/clients vehicles like they would their own family, they're genuine and loyal to their customers/clients. While I've never needed a bodyshop to repair one of my vehicles I can 100% say I would take any of them to Ed's Collision Center and if Ed's was completely out of the question I would pray to find another shop just as honest, loyal, and high quality as Ed's Collision Center is!!!”

“We realized we forgot to renew our registration. They were able to get us in as we were heading to visit family for the holiday. When we arrived they were starting to shut down their auto shop but they took us anyway. We were in and out within 20 minutes or so and they're prices were significantly cheaper than back home (only about 30 mins out). We will be back soon to do the inspection and oil change for my husband's car as well.”
