They always listen- like they want to listen & figure out how to best solve whatever problem you might have. They are the best team we’ve ever had here!
The entire staff here are amazing. Since the first days of Mrs Cheree’s arrival the whole place has become more and more of the kind of place that creates a whole new meaning of apartment complex - where people want to live!

“NCR management has been nothing but wonderful to me in my two years residing at Elon Place. The landlord was incredibly helpful with any inquiry or concern that I had. There is also a very responsive maintenance team that is on-site as soon as the next day. Overall, the property is very well taken care of and you know you can relax or get work done when you get home.”

“I’m impressed by the efficiency of Melissa Holder and her maintenance team the work has been taken care of and is completely done.
The other part is contacting the flooring company to come out against for repairs in my kitchen and living room this is the ninth time that I’ve been going through this process in my apartment! Since they caused me to trip back in January and I broke my pelvic bone and my left hip due to the floor not being fixed properly!”
“I lived with this group for 4 yrs and haven't had a problem. When it was time for me to go the checked everything out and sent my deposit back. If I ever need them again I hope they would take me back”
“I really enjoy my stay at the Kirkwood Apts. I love Denise so much that I started off living at Clifton Place Apartments and then transferred to the Kirkwood. The staff is so friendly and responds quickly to maintenance requests. I haven't had any bad experiences at all. Denise makes it hard to want to leave. Thanks for all you guys do to make living here refreshing.”
“My girlfriend and I have lived here for almost a year and we have never had an issue. Unfortunately we will soon be moving out, and the only reason for that is to be closer to our jobs. We moved here from NJ and saw over 20 properties, but we found none to be better than Keystone at Mebane Oaks. We found the rent to be the best priced for what you get.
The management at this property is the best. They will help with any issues residents may have. The maintenance team is also really great and quick. Many apartment properties take a couple days to weeks to make repairs, but not here! Personally I have called maintenance a couple times for small issues like a light going out and the battery in my door lock needing to be replaced. Maintenance was there and had it fixed within 10 minutes.
Lastly the property is very clean. I have NEVER seen mold or any bugs in my apartment. Many places nearby have major issues with those things, but here I can say it has been very clean.”
“Glenwood apartments is not a horrible place. They have plenty of options for payment assistance and will work with you if you ask. The office staff cherelle and manasha are friendly and very easy to talk to. They have been thru multiple owners but the staff is consistent. Go make your own opinion in person. Most of these bad reviews are from years ago”

“Affordable Suites Graham is a wonderful, budget friendly option for lodging. The rooms are absolutely neat and spotlessly clean. The decor may not absolutely modern but is well maintained and is thoroughly clean. Well organized and well-appointed for family stays. The manager, Lynn is friendly, helpful and a joy to speak with. Highly recommended!”
