“**Editing! To add- wish I could give 1000000/10 stars. My car is having an AC issue where hot air starts blowing instead of cool air when I change settings. It’s unpredictable and in this heat wave it happened and I thought I might die from heat stroke. I brought my car in and the gentleman there took a look and in 10 minutes fixed it- he was transparent about it being a short term fix but said it should get me through this heat for now and he said I could just pay for the repair when the time comes and didn’t charge me a dollar. He also checked my tires for me & let me know they had a bit more life in them before needing to be replaced. Absolute life savers, I was blown away that they didn’t charge me and consistently give transparency about an issue and what you can get away with before making a pricey fix. To the owners: Thank you SO much for your help, kindness and generosity! ☺
These guys are the best of the best, they always get my car in fast and get work done quickly. They are transparent about pricing- nothing has ever cost more than they originally quoted. They’re really helpful and beyond kind. As a woman I often feel nervous that I’m being taken for a ride when I take my car into a mechanic’s and have been financially taken advantage of or had work done I didn’t want done and with these Luis and the folks at Quality Service shop I have never worried about that. Their prices feel beyond fair, can’t recommend these guys enough!”

“Highly recommend this place!! Our car was throwing a bunch of codes and we were convinced the alternator was bad. We asked friends if they had any mechanic recommendations because we’re new-ish to the area. They were able to squeeze us in today to run diagnostics and trouble shoot. Not only did they fit us in, but they were 100% honest and extremely kind. We only ended up needing a new battery, which was surprising to us, but again we are so so grateful that they were able to fit us in and figure out the problem for certain before we paid someone else to tear my car apart.”
