“Wow! Jeff’s Auto Repair is amazing!!! My daughter was getting ready to head back to her university for the new school year and her Tahoe wouldn’t start. It was going to take at least an hour for roadside assistance to arrive so I searched for mechanics that were open on Sunday and saw Jeff’s Auto Repair. Jeff answered the phone immediately, I explained to him that the truck wouldn’t start and was making a clicking sound. He said what he thought could be wrong, asked for the address, and arrived in no time to check out the truck. He was very kind, friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and he was able to quickly determine it was the battery. He got the truck started within seconds! Not only that, he went out of his way to call O’Reilly’s to see if they had a battery in stock and to see if they could help us with the battery. When I tell you Jeff is amazing, I mean it. My daughter went from not being able to start her truck and thinking she would have to transfer all of her things into my truck to get her back, to getting her truck issue resolved and safely on her way. Jeff also recommended a portable battery that we can invest in. Jeff, my daughter and I thank you for your help today!
