Quality Suites offers clean and comfortable rooms with friendly and professional staff. Check-in is quick and easy. The beds are comfortable and the complimentary breakfast is great, served downstairs in the morning. There is a Waffle House right next door for additional food options. The property is secure and well-kept. However, some areas need improvement. The location is not ideal for some guests. The advertised indoor pool was closed, which was a major disappointment, and the exercise room is small and unimpressive. Some rooms, particularly on the third floor, can be noisy with yelling or may have odors. The air conditioning can struggle in hot weather. The decor is described as dingy and shabby in places, with worn furniture and torn carpet. While generally well-priced, some guests found it expensive compared to the value received. The deposit refund can take a while. Despite these issues, many guests find it a clean and comfortable alternative to other hotels and would recommend it.
ABSOLUTELY disgusting. I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone. I am skeeved out staying here. I upload photos. Dirty & moldy. Definitely has not been cleaned.

I was bit all over stomach with bed bugs. The manager would not change rooms and provided me with bed bug spray as a solution. Stay away from this hotel.
