He didn't just try to sell me the most expensive phone like I've experienced at some Cricket stores, he answered all my questions and helped me figure out what option worked best for me. I'll be going back to this store in the future.”
“Freeman’s Car Stereo did an AWESOME job servicing my vehicle. I didn’t need a car stereo, but I needed a cable to run from the battery to my power bank. I searched everywhere, the dealership, auto shops and custom detail shops, there was only one place, Freeman’s Car Stereo that would be able to perform the service. Anthony went above and beyond. I wasn’t expecting him to hook up the wires, just run the cable, but he hooked up the wires and had my power bank operating Staff is totally cool. Anthony is very knowledgeable at what he is doing. I highly recommend this place.”

“We came into cricket this morning at Lenoir Rodger was here he gave excellent service above and beyondI came in yesterday Fernando was here from the wilkesboro store I bought three phones and he screwed up everything he said I was difficult told the manager that was here three times I left here almost in tears yesterdayToday is a new day thank the good Lord Roger was here he done excellent he got everything straightened out all my phones work now which way are not working when I left here yesterday but he done an excellent job this morning I getting everything fixed he deserves a raiseI will be going to the Morganton store now to deal with Roger”

“I am an electrician and stopped by Hickory CED this past week due to working out of town. I always use CED when possible due to the quality of electrical parts and materials. This CED is no exception. Friendly staff that was very helpful on getting me everything I needed for my repair. This particular CED has a very neat organized, and massive amount of hand tools, power tools, and tools to make an electricians job as easy as possible. It is always nice to be able to view and check out the newest items on the market. This store has put alot of thought into what tools they offer. I have been in the electrical trade for 31 years and these guys have the best of the best when it comes to tools. If your needing electrical tools or material stop by and vist this store!”

They have improved on getting people discounts and price drops and certain offers that can suck in customers, and service seems to be good, just plan on being broke if you come here, especially if you are with a spouse.....”

“I got a phone & internet service today @ Granite Falls store. Saul waited on me & was very persobnable & knowledgeable. B ut Vivian was was also very helpful & personable. She should get a promotion, whatever you do T mobile, don't lose Vivian, it would be detrimental . Very very knowlegeable”
