“Started out a little rocky but overall had a great experience with Adam's customer service. He worked with me for over 2 hours setting up my new phone and was very patient and considerate all the way through. Whatever you're paying him isn't enough”

“Highly recommend this store. Mason was so, so kind and helpful, and walked me through all my options to replace my phone that had suddenly stopped working the night before (need it for work). He didn't just try to sell me the most expensive phone like I've experienced at some Cricket stores, he answered all my questions and helped me figure out what option worked best for me. I'll be going back to this store in the future.”
