“Highly recommend this store. Mason was so, so kind and helpful, and walked me through all my options to replace my phone that had suddenly stopped working the night before (need it for work). He didn't just try to sell me the most expensive phone like I've experienced at some Cricket stores, he answered all my questions and helped me figure out what option worked best for me. I'll be going back to this store in the future.”

“Tyler Robinson Sales Professional, is the best associate I have had with Verizon ever and I have been with them 18 years! I just met him when he came to this store in December 2025. He is very friendly, knowledgeable and eager to help customers and I have seen many over the years, they don’t care. I try to make an appointment with only Tyler, when I need assistance as I am an elderly lady that is not good with all the technology today! I have an IPhone 17, but don’t know much about any of them! Tyler will make you feel at ease and helps you so patiently . He is awesome helping with small tasks like putting on new cases or harder issues that even he can’t fix! After the blackout, he tried very hard to get me back on My Verizon App, so he gave me the info for getting a technician to figure out the issue! It would not recognize my sign In info! It was hard for the tech as he had to use downloads and etc! I suggest that anyone who needs a personable, and awesome sales person in this store, please call or ask for Tyler Robinson only and you will be very pleased with him! “I am very disappointed! My sales rep there was very nice! However, I submitted a receipt from Carolina West when I switched over to you showing my phone was paid off. Now you guys are asking me for more information a copy of my last bill with Caroline West and it is not showing that I paid off, but I have a receipt that I paid that phone off. I’m still waiting both of your websites. Do not even work for me to upload this again. I am not a happy camper. WHERE IS MY MONEY FOR SWITCHING???”
“We came into cricket this morning at Lenoir Rodger was here he gave excellent service above and beyondI came in yesterday Fernando was here from the wilkesboro store I bought three phones and he screwed up everything he said I was difficult told the manager that was here three times I left here almost in tears yesterdayToday is a new day thank the good Lord Roger was here he done excellent he got everything straightened out all my phones work now which way are not working when I left here yesterday but he done an excellent job this morning I getting everything fixed he deserves a raiseI will be going to the Morganton store now to deal with Roger”

“So I went in today stressed out that metro screwed me over, Tevin was so helpful to get me on a good plan and went above and beyond to make sure I left the store with a phone service which I need to make income. I recommend him a promotion by his employer. He at least should get employee of the month since he was patient with us and went over everything there is to know about my new service provider.
