“Chuck is awesome! He went above and beyond for me when I was trying to diagnose my car. He stayed on the phone with me and talked me through my repair solutions read. He let me know which ignition coils I should purchase and replace, and even after that wasn’t the issue, he let me know the options I had and reminded me to not let a mechanic or dealership tell me it would be a huge fix without checking on a few more items.
Definitely a trusted employee and a great man!! And, turns out, after all of his recommendations of parts that I replaced, when I took it to a shop it only cost $53 to finish the fix!!! Thank you chuck!! Little orange is good as new thanks to you!! Give this man a raise!”

“Great place, Mr. Bud has never let me down and has come though on hard to find or even obsolete parts more times than I can count. Mr. Bud is always going and runs the counter he's always wearing a smile and hoping everyone has a good day. Truly makes you feel like you walked into the right place. Yes the prices can be a little higher but I've tried going to other places for cheaper parts and have always been let down. There are some delays on occasion but the parts are always right and always in good usable condition. If they are damaged I'm aware of it before the part is ordered so i know what I'm dealing with and not surprised.”
