He is straight-forward and trustworthy. Not only is he friendly and professional, he got the job done quickly. The parts were ordered prior to drop off and it was ready by the end of the week. You would never know there was ever anything wrong when he was done. We cannot recommend Robert’s Body Shop enough. Amazing work and great to deal with.”

I called Caliber Collision and spoke with Robert he explained the whole process with insurance and the repairs. “Great place, Mr. Bud has never let me down and has come though on hard to find or even obsolete parts more times than I can count. Mr. Bud is always going and runs the counter he's always wearing a smile and hoping everyone has a good day. Truly makes you feel like you walked into the right place. Yes the prices can be a little higher but I've tried going to other places for cheaper parts and have always been let down. There are some delays on occasion but the parts are always right and always in good usable condition. If they are damaged I'm aware of it before the part is ordered so i know what I'm dealing with and not surprised.”

Alexander, manager, was super friendly and very helpful. Explained everything well and got right on things. Replaced my battery in no time. Now vehicle runs great again.
