“My 2010 Prius was hit late one night. The bumper was dragging on the ground. Caliber Collision (and USAA) took care of me. They were accurate in the amount of time it would take to repair. They kept me informed throughout the week and even called on a Friday afternoon to update me on when I could expect it. When I picked my Prius up it was washed, waxed and the interior was spotless. Maybe this is standard but for me, I wept when I saw what a fine job they had done. It is like I have a new car! Thank you!”

“Had to stop in after going to their competitors AZ with my daughter for a battery for her car. First time for her glad, ADVANCE Auto was right on time to show her that getting her own parts was easy. And sometimes they install it for you. Ok back story went To AutoZzzz first they dropped the ball so gad to drive over to Advance Auto before selling the battery Advance Auto wanted to check and make sure everything was running properly to make sure the problem was the battery. After checking the alternator and seeing it was good we went ahead and brought a battery which they installed for her. Her first time at an auto parts store glad the second stopped was a good one. Thanks to the staff member for answering all questions and taking care of the customers.”

“Great place, Mr. Bud has never let me down and has come though on hard to find or even obsolete parts more times than I can count. Mr. Bud is always going and runs the counter he's always wearing a smile and hoping everyone has a good day. Truly makes you feel like you walked into the right place. Yes the prices can be a little higher but I've tried going to other places for cheaper parts and have always been let down. There are some delays on occasion but the parts are always right and always in good usable condition. If they are damaged I'm aware of it before the part is ordered so i know what I'm dealing with and not surprised.”

“Every time I go into this store the workers there greet me with big smiles on there faces but there’s this one worker named Casey who I have to say goes out her way to make sure a customer leaves happy with her bubbly personality I’ve been in this store twice and every time I come in she immediately greets me with a warm welcome makes me feel like family instead of a customer I love when she is working She’s funny and very professional and she is very smart! I was having a horrible morning my battery needed to be replaced and where my battery is at it’s hard to get to but she went out of her way to make sure I got a new battery installed into my car and had me and my daughter laughing the whole time, best employee I have ever met at an autozone! This girl deserves a promotion! Kyra the manager was also a great help and so was the man I can’t remember his name. I appreciate each and everyone of them! I will definitely keep coming back to this autozone!!”

“After having several bad experiences with other Nissan dealers in surrounding areas, the crew over at Eastern Carolina Nissan saved the day. We were shopping for a 2023 Frontier Pro-4X for my 76 year old disabled veteran father, and had been given the runaround by these other dealers and price gouged to the point where we were about to not get a Nissan at all.
