“I had a great experience buying my 2026 Subaru Outback Touring XT at Riverside Subaru in New Bern, NC, all thanks to Kassy Hughes! From start to finish, the customer service was excellent. Kassy kept me informed every step of the way with helpful text updates, ensuring the entire process was smooth, transparent, and completely stress-free. The manager Paul was incredibly welcoming, fair and respectful right from the start. When it came to doing the financial paperwork, Tyler was organized, honest and professional. “After a kamikaze deer decided to take on my SUV, I was having a hard time finding a shop in the surrounding area willing to work on it because it’s a luxury vehicle. Most places were referring me to Raleigh or Wilmington. Rite Touch was the only shop willing to take on the repair, and I’m so glad they did! My SUV had two dents on the front passenger fender, a long dent along the bottom of the rear passenger door, two more dents near the rear fender, and the clips had broken off the piece around the wheel. When we brought the vehicle in, we also discovered that the previous owner had scratched the rear door and attempted a really poor paint touch-up. Rite Touch had my vehicle for about a week, and they repaired all of the dents and painted the scratches. Let me just say… they did an AMAZING job! My SUV looks brand new again! 🙌 The price was also very reasonable, especially for the quality of work they provided. We chose not to go through our insurance, and Rite Touch made the entire process easy. I highly recommend Rite Touch, especially to anyone who owns a high-end or luxury vehicle. They treated my SUV with care and did an outstanding job! Thank you, Right Touch! 👏🚙”

“We took our daughter’s car to three body shops to get estimates. Robert gave us an estimate for almost half of what other shops were quoting. He doesn’t add in additional fees like the others. He is straight-forward and trustworthy. Not only is he friendly and professional, he got the job done quickly. The parts were ordered prior to drop off and it was ready by the end of the week. You would never know there was ever anything wrong when he was done. We cannot recommend Robert’s Body Shop enough. Amazing work and great to deal with.”

“Such a wonderful and helpful staff. I've been trying to find a shop that can help put my car back on the road quickly. I called Caliber Collision and spoke with Robert he explained the whole process with insurance and the repairs. I sent over my estimate and he reviewed it with me going over everything and answered all of my questions. I was able to have my vehicle towed into the shop and they had me back on the road before some other shops said they could even start looking at my car. I want to thank the whole team so much for helping to get my car back on the road as fast as they did. Your employees are amazing and made the whole process painless.”

“Huge shoutout to Kyle Denison at Trent Buick GMC. He helped me and my 80-year-old mother with a repair on her Buick Regal, and his professionalism, patience, and genuine kindness made all the difference. Kyle kept us informed every step of the way, explained everything clearly, and treated my mom with real care and respect. That level of service is rare--and it meant a lot to both of us. We never felt rushed or like just another number. Because of Kyle, we'll definitely be returning customers. My mom loved the Cadillac loaner so much, she's already thinking about buying one! Service like this creates loyal customers for life. Thanks again, Kyle! --G Taylor and Wil”

“Great place, Mr. Bud has never let me down and has come though on hard to find or even obsolete parts more times than I can count. Mr. Bud is always going and runs the counter he's always wearing a smile and hoping everyone has a good day. Truly makes you feel like you walked into the right place. Yes the prices can be a little higher but I've tried going to other places for cheaper parts and have always been let down. There are some delays on occasion but the parts are always right and always in good usable condition. If they are damaged I'm aware of it before the part is ordered so i know what I'm dealing with and not surprised.”

Alexander, manager, was super friendly and very helpful. Explained everything well and got right on things. Replaced my battery in no time. Now vehicle runs great again. I wish all customer service was still this good. I will recommend everyone to come here! I’m beyond impressed!”
