Not very helpful. Travelers Insurance is their largest insurance company and all McGriff can do is take payments. You need to make another phone call to Travelers to have any questions answered. Of course when policy was purchased, this was not mentioned.

Compassionate, helpful, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile. The agents who I have interacted with, by phone and email, have all been great. The only issue is how many tedious, preliminary questions you have to answer before reaching a particular individual or getting started on the reason for your call.

Grossly overpriced insurance from second tier insurers that you probably never heard of. Switched to Allstate and saved close to $1000 a year for the same coverage....
