“Recently, I had my car serviced at this shop. I’ll give you a heads up that this review is a little long, but only because I really wanted to take the time to detail my experience. I’m a school librarian working between two schools, so my car is extremely important to me. When I pulled into work this past Thursday I noticed my engine making a sputtering sound and white smoke was coming from the exhaust. When I cranked it up after work, the check engine light popped on, so I had it towed that evening to AAA because I’ve had similar experiences with a past vehicle that ended really badly.
That evening I had the good fortune to be connected with Troy in the automotive center. He calmly talked me through the process of diagnosis and called me back the next day when they determined the problem. Throughout the day, he kept me updated and informed regarding my options going forward. I was truly impressed by the degree of transparency and professionalism I experienced, qualities that are rare in many businesses like this. Going forward, I will be using this shop exclusively. Again, I’m sorry about the length of the review, but it really meant a lot to me that they went above and beyond what I have come to expect from a mechanic shop.”
