“From my experience, I would recommend this body shop. A deer jumped out in front of my car and caused damage to the left side. I regretfully went to Carolina’s collision center in Greensboro to initially get my repairs and they were an absolute nightmare. They damaged my door and refused to fix it, the repairs took months, the staff was constantly argumentative and negligent to any concerns I had. What took Carolina’s collision center 4 times to try to unsuccessfully fix, Batts finally fixed in approximately 15 minutes and they did not even charge me for it. The technician at batts was knowledgeable and helpful, he knew what to do to help fix what Carolina’s collision center damaged. The man who works the desk is also very nice and good at talking on the phone (I believe his name is nick). I would recommend coming here.”

“My family has been using Personal Touch since before I was born and I'm OLDDDDD. The only problem you could even consider being a problem there is that they are SO good, they always have work lined up waiting and somehow, they ALWAYS get it done before people lose their minds while STILL performing at the highest imaginable level. That just doesn't exist anymore. You ever picked up a car and got a partial refund because they over quoted you? Huh? AND THEY DID EXTRA WORK SOMEHOW?! Well if/when they do, GIVE IT AS A TIP AND PUT MORE ON TOP.
I can tell you with confidence that car enthusiasts since nearly BLACK AND WHITE TVs have only trusted Randy and his guys and soon, people will fly their cars from Mars to Personal Touch because they won't let anyone or anything else touch their cars just like their grandpappy's grandpappy did. The also do auto sales. The gentleman came out looked at the damage stated he could fix and offered a reasonable price range. Set appointment.
