I think getting the parts was an issue so that wasn’t all on them. They also handled everything with my insurance and rental car, that alone was worth the longer time they took working on my car.”

Once everything was set up, my dad transported my vehicle to and from their shop, so I never actually stepped foot on the property, but I can tell they take great pride in their work, as they replaced my front bumper and my car looks brand new. I was also very pleased when I got in my car and noticed they went above and beyond and cleaned it top to bottom - inside and out! Now it REALLY looks brand new! I couldn't be happier. “They were good at honoring the work that was previously done, even though the previous owner did some shady stuff with my paper work. I do understand new ownership takes time to get back in good standing with the community. Phillip and Shane were professional and understanding of my circumstances. They corrected the issue as soon as it was brought to their attention. If there is an area of constructive "influence", I would recommend to do a thorough walk through of all their work before releasing it back to the customers. Also communication among each other needs improvement. Won't go into details because this isn't a session for that. All in all, they did a great job with rectifying the issue. If you as will I refer and/or if they can do business with me again? "I ABSOLUTE WOULD!" Keep up the good wok guys and will see ya'll soon.”

“It's a rainy day today and just went out to check the wheel wale. "I'm sorry to say, but there is water coming in from the light panel that was replaced at the rear driver's side of my car. Melissa Abernethy, the staff and techs at East Parris Gerber Collision, High Point, responded so quickly to my concerns it was Amazing. They met me in the parking lot as soon as I drove in. My car was whisked away and in 30 minutes I was ushered back to witness a water test live to show that the leak had been corrected. Gerber, I'm still a believer in you, that I can get my vehicle repairs done right and on time. Thank you!”
