“We rent an SUV from Enterprise on Wendover Ave. in Greensboro every summer when traveling, to save mileage and wear ‘n tear on our own vehicles. The online process for reserving a car is smooth and super easy. Prices are reasonable, as well, and we’ve always been pleased with the process.
However…the SUV we rented in October 2024 (a Nissan Rogue) had not been cleaned well and reeked of stale cigarette smoke. We were in a hurry and didn’t take the time to request a different vehicle. We thought the odor would dissipate during the 10 days we drove the Nissan (to Nebraska and back), but it didn’t…so our usual pleasant road trip was not so pleasant.
If we are ever given a vehicle in that condition in the future, we will not accept it, and I feel sure Enterprise will gladly offer an exchange.”

“I have been coming to this location for about 6 months whenever I need a rental. Staff has always been great but today they really showed up for me. The rental I had got a flat on the highway. After AAA came and put on the spare I went to the location and they swapped me out another vehicle in no time. I am very grateful and could never thank them enough for helping me. There is a common misconception about Car Salesmen being nefarious or sleazy. I did not feel this way at Toyota of Greensboro. The workers there were friendly and honest, and they worked with what I wanted.

“I was there today with a charge dispute from a rental the insurance co. paid for. The guy helping me provided the paper work needed to get back to my insurance co. Very polite, no issues. I’m doing a review because today was the 2nd time I witnessed a customer talking down to the employees there for doing their job. These guys all show a ton of patience and grace while being put down and yelled at by people that are clearly in the wrong.
Don’t try to rent a car with a debt card that’s not a visa or master card.
They don’t take cash.
Don’t try to scam your insurance by demanding a suburban when you drive a Honda fit, and blaming the guy at enterprise cause your plan failed.
People deserve to be talked to with respect, leave your issues at home.”
