“High Point, NC, Hertz Rental really went beyond the call of duty. They came through for me. Three months earlier, i had reserved a vehicle with Enterprise Car Rental in Winston-Salem, North Carolina on University Parkway, and they informed me on the exact day just moments b4 needing to pick up the vehicle, that they longer had a premium SUV available. But Hertz came through for me on the very same day that I reserved a premium SUV. It was ready in about 20 minutes. Keep up the good work Hertz.”
“Listen I’m not renting from no other place but here! Ok long review but it’s worth it! So I planned a trip enterprise the day before called me to tell me they couldn’t accommodate me! Now I’ve passed this place a million times and never thought to rent from here ! Why idk! But when I tell you these gentlemen where soooo professional and sooooooo nice! Lee was outstanding he was so nice and got me in a car and from start to finish was just outstanding! He saw I was in a panic and he assured me he had me! And he did! I definitely will be using them from now on!!

“There's a really great group of people that work at this location. They were always very friendly, quick, and they got great shoe game. The last part isn't important, but it also kinda is? Like how does a building with a dozen people it all have dope shoes at all times?
Anyway. I rented from them 3 times while my car was in the shop. The 3rd time I fell in love with the car I rented and went down the street and brought one!
Every rental was clean, functional, and got me where I was going. I never had any issues with pickup or drop off and their pricing and payment process was smooth and transparent. Their pricing was competitive with other places I looked.
Unfortunately, I probably won't need them again anytime soon, and Capital Hyundai probably owes them a commission, but this is where I'll go should I need to rent a car in the future.”

“Car was good. The internet amount we where quoted was not honoured.. Charged us 125.00 more than quote... girl said well that's not what we charge here and wouldn't even look at our phone confirmation. I'll take it up with customer service when I get home.. this was Budget Rent A Car”
“Steve picked me up from Gary Essick shop. Very pleasant man. I got my rental. The place seemed clean and people were very nice. For people that read this, you have to have a debit / credit card for a rental in your name. Which I did. Afterwards, I returned the car. Cameron was very respectful and Steve took me back to Gary Essick to drop me off. You can't ask for better service and pleasant people. THANK YOU !”
